30-Day Return Policy

- Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from returns due to health and hygiene concerns. This includes, but is not limited to, personal care items, opened cosmetics, and custom-made products.
Process for Returns
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within the 30-day window to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Review and Approval: Our team will review your return request to ensure it meets our policy criteria. Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your product.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition.
- Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or exchange the item, depending on your preference. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exceptions
